The Challenge:

Priority had successfully staffed the call center of a West Coast-based client, the largest telephonic crisis intervention company in the U.S. An ongoing analysis of other possible staffing needs revealed a new challenge our client was facing. Training new and current staff requires finding dependable actors to portray realistic crisis scenarios for both training videos and live-action role-playing.
